Maybe you didn’t know this but deleting an iMessage or regular text message from an iPhone does not delete from all other devices, in this case, we’re talking about the Apple Watch. It’s true, though, any text messages that you composed can also be deleted.
Let’s say you don’t want to be reminded about an iMessage that you sent/received recently, so you remove that from the iPhone. But then it continues to show up on your watch. If you tried to get rid of a single message or many messages via force touch or whatever buttons you pressed, stop now because that is not the correct method.
A lot of people think that there is no option on the Apple Watch for this. However, there is.

How to Delete Text Conversation from Apple Watch
Step 1: Open your watch and access the Messages app from the Home screen
Step 2: Look for the message you want to remove and swipe it to the left
Step 3: Now you’ll be given options of Details or Trash
Step 4: Tap on Trash and confirm that you want to delete the text message
I know a lot of you are used to using force touch to delete multiple messages at the same time. But that will only work with notifications from the Notification Centre.

Keep in mind that there is no option to delete a specific text message, the instructions above is the only solution, and it will eliminate the whole conversation rather than a target text message from a thread. It’s not like on your iPhone where there is a “More” option, and then you choose which one you wish to remove from the page.
Deleting All Text Messages At the Same Time
Currently, with the latest watchOS, users are not allowed to delete all text messages on their Apple Watch at once or remove messages synced across devices.
What you can do right now is following the steps above. Will keep you updated if there is any further enhancement for the Messages app.
